Now that the Academic Exchange Medicine students are back in Afghanistan they haven’t stopped putting effort in informing people about the exchange. The students who participated in this year’s AEM held a presentation and shared their experience with others in Kabul. Because this exchange has been such a success Keihan Foundation, the AEM students and Kabul Medical University will start a new project together soon. This project will be based in Afghanistan where doctors with an Afghan background living in the Netherlands get the opportunity to go back for several weeks and give a course. This course will be for third year medical students and it’s primarily aimed at giving the participants the opportunity to put what they have learned quicker into practice. For more information about this project and how you can help please send an e-mail to info@keihan.org.
