Mr. Muhammad Arif Mobashir, the Regional Manager of Afghanistan Independent Bar Association (AIBA), has been invited by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and KEIHAN Foundation to participate in a Summer Course at the Grotius Centre and to meet several judicial institutions such as the law firm Nauta Dutilh, the Dutch Bar Association and KEIHAN’s Committee on Rule of Law Promotion in Afghanistan (CRLA). Today, mr Mobashir (third from left) has been welcomed officially during a meeting at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
